Hey leaders, hopefully you are getting into the rhythm of the season and your group is starting to feel more and more comfortable with each other. This week will be the last week that we will be allowing new people to sign up for groups and because of that the questions will remain a little more surface level and focused on getting to know each other. In the weeks following the questions will be getting deeper and hopefully push people out of their comfort zones a little bit more. With this being the last week that groups are open to new people please invite and bring in any new people that you think may want to join a group.
