Leaders, I am impressed and grateful for how flexible and on board you all have been with all of the changes that we have thrown at you for this season. Please know that I am here to help--and so is our team--and we want to do anything we can to help your group be the best it can be. This season has so much potential to be huge in people’s lives, from the new availability to the fact that a lot of our struggles and cracks are being exposed. I know God has huge things in store for people, so let's do our best to be on the front lines. Also, I fully know leaders deal with these struggles also ( I prove it to myself often), so if you need help or support in any way, please let me know, even if you just need to vent.
