Leaders, we are past the halfway mark of this season. My hope is that your groups is connected and trust has been established and that the real comments and questions are beginning to surface. Remember the vulnerability is pretty much always set by the leader and how deep and real they are willing to be. Thank you for all you do and the impact that it is having in the lives of those around you!
