Men on the Hill Survey

Men,

Thank you for being a part of the men's ministry at Church on the Hill.  We on the leadership team take great joy in serving you and we want to bring great value to your faith and your walk with Christ through the Men on the Hill ministry.  In order to do this better, we need your feedback.

We've put together a survey to find out more about you and what we can do in the months ahead to bring you events, programs, groups, and more that will help you in your journey to be the man, the husband, and the father God created you to be.  Your feedback is vital for us to know how we can serve you best in this journey.

You will need to log onto the Life on the Hill website to take this survey.  If you haven't signed up for Life on the Hill before, you can sign up here, and if you do not remember your user name or password, you can click "Forgot username or password?" Also, before you begin, please fill out your Life on the Hill profile, especially the "My Fit" category that covers your spiritual gifts, your ministry passions, and your abilities.  We will be using the Life on the Hill profile rather than the survey to cover those categories.
