VBS in Tijuana 2024

Vacation Bible School

Efren Marin, our Global Outreach partner in Tijuana, Mexico, just concluded two weeks of VBS for kids in August. The children had a fun-filled week with games, nutritious food, crafts and teachings from the Bible. At the end of their VBS week, three children came forward to be baptized. Our church provided funds for VBS ministry supplies and bounce house expenses.

Baptism:

Efren continues to champion his mission with church, children and community with passion and lead his two churches named Vida Eterna and Jesus Impacto. New souls are being won for Christ and Efren continues to disciple his two congregations for Christian growth. He recently conducted a baptism at the Playas de Tijuana beach. In all, 44 congregants came forward to be baptized. He was elated that both his children, aged 10 and 11, insisted on being baptized with no “parental” influence. The joy and elation on the faces of the congregants being baptized was a great encouragement to all who were present.
